This system is highly regarded in the industry as it avoids having rails on the ground that obstruct the movement of forklifts or the passage of motorized vehicles with small diameter wheels. It also eliminates the need for significant heavy construction and prevents the crushing of existing rails, which can lead to numerous problems.

It greatly facilitates the passage of people with reduced mobility and prevents accidents by removing a potential obstacle for children.
Maintenance is reduced as ground rails accumulate leaves or gravel.
Reliable operation even in bad weather (snow, ice).
Adaptable even on uneven terrain or rocks as the two supporting structures require a reduced concrete foundation.
Aesthetically, there is no visual break at ground level, making this gate more suitable for environments where aesthetics are important.

This model corresponds to reference 9978PAF from MANTION and is the strongest model in this range for motorized gates with an opening starting from 9.5 meters in length and a total height from the ground between 1.30 and 2 meters.

This reference will be of interest either for a manufacturing project from A to Z or for replacing a worn part already in place on an existing gate.

These parts are designed for use of about 20 maneuvers per day. Please contact us for any exceeding usage.

The design of the gate must be robust and made of steel thick enough to prevent any flexing of the whole. The lower beam of the gate must have a minimum dimension of 180x80x4 mm in thickness.

The vertical frames should be 80x80x3 mm, the same for the diagonal reinforcements. The upper beam should be 160x80x4 mm. If you wish, we can help you configure your gate using software designed for this purpose.

The maximum weight of the gate must not exceed 1100 kilos. We can also provide the corresponding rail under reference MANTION 9070 in galvanized steel or in raw black steel to be painted. The length of available rails ranges from 3 to 9 meters with a unit weight of 135 kg for the largest dimensions.
