This system is highly appreciated in the industry because it avoids having rails on the ground that obstruct the movement of forklifts or the passage of motorized vehicles with wheels of small diameter. Very practical in campsites to facilitate the passage of caravans.

This model corresponds to reference 9978S from MANTION and is the strongest model in this range for gates with an opening from 9.5 meters in length and a total height from the ground between 1.30 and 2 meters.

This reference will interest you either in the context of a manufacturing from A to Z, or in the replacement of a part already in place on an existing and worn gate.

These parts are designed for use of about 20 maneuvers per day. Please contact us for any exceedance.

The design of the gate must be robust and made of steel thick enough to avoid any bending of the whole. The bottom beam of the gate must have a minimum dimension of 180x80x4 mm in thickness.

The vertical frames of 80x80x3 mm, the same for the diagonal reinforcements. The top beam of 160x80x4 mm. We can, if you wish, help you configure your gate using software designed for this purpose.

The maximum weight of the gate must not exceed 1100 kilos. We can also provide you with the corresponding rail under reference MANTION 9070 in galvanized steel or in raw black steel to be painted. The available rail lengths range from 3 to 9 meters, with a unit weight of 135 kg for the largest dimensions.
