This system, available in the "PAF" MANTION version (trademark), allows for a constant support inside your rail and thus enables the motorization of the cantilever gates.

  • No ground rails prevent the accumulation of leaves and ensure reliable operation even in bad weather (snow, ice).
  • Adaptable even on uneven terrain or on rocks because both supporting structures require a reduced concrete foundation.
  • Aesthetically, there is no visual break at ground level, making this gate more suitable in environments where aesthetics are important.

This model corresponds to reference 9978S from MANTION and is the strongest model in this range for gates with an opening starting from 9.5 meters in length and a total height from the ground between 1.30 and 2 meters.

This reference will interest you either in the context of a manufacturing from A to Z or in the replacement of an already worn part on an existing gate.

These parts are designed for use of about 20 maneuvers per day. Please contact us for any exceedance.

The design of the gate must be robust and made of sufficiently thick steel to avoid any bending of the whole structure. The bottom beam of the gate must have a minimum dimension of 180x80x4 mm in thickness.

The vertical frames should be 80x80x3 mm, the same for the diagonal reinforcements. The top beam should be 160x80x4 mm. We can, if you wish, assist you in configuring your gate using software designed for this purpose.

The maximum weight of the gate must not exceed 1100 kilograms. We can also provide you with the corresponding rail under reference MANTION 9070 in galvanized steel or raw black steel to be painted. The lengths of available rails range from 3 to 9 meters with a unit weight of 135 kg for the largest dimensions.
