Castor with a very robust design allowing use in very varied environments.
The plate of the side mounting of 100x150 mm has 4 M10 holes and the steel used is 6 mm.
This castor has a total stroke of 200 mm, which is very useful for lifting industrial machines. To do this, simply turn the crank clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower. Each turn allows you to increase or decrease the stroke by about 4 mm.
The total height of the assembly is 820 mm in the highest position and 620 mm in the lowest position.
The crank has a rubber part to prevent the operator from having to wear gloves if the castor is outdoors (heat or cold).
The wheel is made of polyurethane and supports static loads for many years. A double ball bearing inside minimizes friction and facilitates the rotation of the whole assembly.
The entire assembly is fully hot-dip galvanized, and the handle is zinc-plated to be left outdoors. The castor has two grease fittings to limit the effects of corrosion on the internal balls of the ball crown and also on the internal gearing of the crank. We can also provide you with the 3D plan of the model upon request or design a model with a brake that can withstand unit loads of 1 ton, or 3 tons in total on 4 castors.
