This castor can be used in many situations since it is both a classic swivel castor and a very strong jockey wheel. Simply attach the castor using the 4 mounting holes and then manually turn the vertical axis using any metal rod to raise or lower the wheel within a total travel of 75 mm. It is very easy to turn the axis even when loaded with 1 ton. For added convenience, some customers use a pneumatic impact wrench to raise and lower the entire assembly.

You can therefore attach 4 castors of this type to a 3-ton machine to choose whether to move it or leave it resting on its feet.

The frame is made of welded machined steel with a black epoxy finish. A grease fitting is attached to the wheel to allow for increased longevity.

The 200 mm diameter wheel is designed to carry very heavy loads thanks to the cast iron on which we have poured a polyurethane coating.

This is a model of very great longevity. 3D plan available upon request.

However, please note that the ease of pivoting is less than that of a classic castor because the offset is less significant. You will also need to ensure that all the castors are at the same height in order to be able to move your machine.
