This retractable foot will allow you to stop follower carts on assembly lines. They need to be stabilized very regularly, and this pad is easier to use than a traditional brake. It is placed in front of the operator between two swivel wheels in general. It can also be very useful in the case of a cart with two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels positioned in a diamond shape.
The retracted height is 132 mm and the deployed height is 169 mm, which is perfect for wheels with a diameter of 125 mm, whose total height can be between 150 and 165 mm.
The underside of the foot, with a diameter of 79 mm, is made of a non-slip rubber coating that provides secure adhesion to the ground without damaging it.
The unit load capacity of our stabilization foot is 200KG, or 600KG for a workstation equipped with 4 feet. The foot is equipped with a stabilizing spring in case of a slope greater than 10 degrees that will adapt to the incline.
