This truck lock should be placed next to your castor with a diameter of 160 mm by screwing the plate. This retractable foot will allow you to transform a rolling cart into a fixed station based on your needs. This can be useful in the presence of strong vibrations.
This pad consists of two pedals, one allows you to lower the foot and the other to raise it. The effort required to lock your workbench or cart is very low! Indeed, it only needs to raise your support by a few millimeters to stabilize it.
The total height (overall height) when retracted is 165 mm and the deployed height is 203 mm. If you want to create a rolling support and you do not yet have the castors, refer to the total height of your castor with a diameter of 160 mm, which is generally between 190 and 200 mm, perfectly corresponding to this model.
The bottom of the foot, with a diameter of 79 mm, is made of a rubber coating to adhere even on wet floors. Even with a slope of 10 degrees, the foot will adapt thanks to a stabilizing spring inside.
As a general rule, one truck lock is installed for every 4 castors and it is positioned between two castors that swivel so that it is easily accessible for the operator. Regarding the unit load, it is 200 kg vertically, which is sufficient to lock workbenches totaling 600 kg.
