This truck lock will allow you to stabilize your carts for logistics warehouses. It is an ideal product to place under carts with FIFO conveyors. This pad is generally placed between the castors swivel, one is enough for the entire cart but you can put up to two. It is more practical than a classic castor brake when you need to immobilize the support several times a day. It is also more stable in wet conditions on slippery floors.
When you want to immobilize your cart, simply press the pedal to lower the pad so that the rubber slightly compresses.
The retracted height is 198 mm and the deployed height is 241 mm, which is compatible with most castors with a diameter of 200 mm.
The underside of the foot, with a diameter of 79 mm, is made of a rubber coating that provides secure grip on the floor without damaging it.
Whether you install 1 or 2 pads between two castors swivel, the unit load of 200 kg will allow you to stabilize sets weighing more than 600 kg in total. The foot is equipped with a stabilizing spring to adapt to slopes of more than 10 degrees.
