This model is unique due to its completely unconventional design: 21 mm thick steel for the plate and 13 mm thick for the forks. The bearings are incredibly robust (6314ZZ) capable of supporting unit loads of 7 tons (with 2 bearings, therefore 14 tons), its outer diameter is 150 mm with an inner diameter of 70 mm.
The total allowable load is 22,500 kg on 4 wheels.
Nylon has the advantage of not deforming over time and can support static or dynamic loads with repeated impacts.
A grease fitting is incorporated into the ball crown to maintain the ball path, especially outdoors where rain can enter.
The brake features a rubber pad that compresses against the wheel to lock it. The pressure force is adjustable using a bolt. The hardware used is oversized with a diameter of 30 mm and a shear strength of 15 tons.
