This castor has perfect characteristics for very heavy loads on small diameters. The steel used is 6 mm thick.

This model is equipped with a brake to be able to lock an assembly weighing a maximum of 3600 kg on 4 castors.

Nylon has the advantage of not deforming over time and can support static loads.

The plate of the castor is machined for better performance and to ensure durability over time. The rotation of the castor occurs on a tapered bearing and not on a ball bearing, which drastically reduces the effort required for rotation. The wheel is also mounted on a ball bearing.

When the brake of the wheel is activated, an additional rod is included to fit into the plate to also block the rotation of the assembly (12 positions over 360 degrees).

It is also possible, as an option, to add a directional lock to block the rotation of the plate every 90 degrees while keeping the wheel free (transforming each wheel into a fixed wheel).
