This model of caster is unique due to its completely unconventional design: 21 mm thick steel for the plate and 13 mm thick for the forks. The ball bearing is incredibly robust (6314ZZ) capable of supporting unit loads of 7 tons (with 2 bearings, thus 14 tons), its outer diameter is 150 mm with an inner diameter of 70 mm.

The total permissible load is 22,500 kg on 4 casters.

A greaser is incorporated into the ball crown to maintain the ball path, especially outdoors where rain can enter.

The brake features a rubber pad that compresses against the wheel to lock it. The pressure force is adjustable using a bolt. The hardware used is oversized with a diameter of 30 mm and a shear strength of 15 tons.

It is possible to optionally add a directional lock to block the rotation of the wheel every 90 degrees. This allows the caster to be converted into a fixed model, enabling the pushing of very heavy loads without the entire assembly shifting sideways.
