Castor made of reinforced steel with a plate 14 mm thick. The steel used for the forks is 10 mm stamped, which further enhances its strength.

This model is equipped with a brake to be able to lock a set weighing up to 9000 kg on 4 castors. Optionally, you can install a directional lock available here. This will allow you to turn the castor swivel into a castor fixed as you wish every 90 degrees.

Nylon has the advantage of not deforming over time and can support static loads. A very robust model for professionals to build carts for moving extreme loads like marble in quarries on smooth floors.

Two ball bearings are installed on the wheel with a spacer made of galvanized steel. This model can therefore remain outdoors without rusting. A non-loosening nut is installed to ensure that the wheel does not detach due to vibrations. When the brake is activated, an additional rod comes into play to lock the pivoting at 360 degrees in the plate.

A grease fitting is installed to allow for greasing the inner crown (to be filled every 6 months).
