Designed for the most demanding applications, this premium caster supports exceptional loads of over 3,600 kg per unit (at a speed of 4 km/h). Ideal for the secure movement of heavy containers.

Its large diameter greatly facilitates rolling, while its blue wheel made of solid PA6 nylon eliminates any risk of static crushing over the long term.

Load capacity: Up to 3.6 tons per caster (at 4 km/h). Warning: the allowable load decreases if the speed increases.
Wheel material: Solid PA6 nylon (blue), high strength, prevents static crushing.
Locking system: Integrated locking every 90 degrees to instantly transform the swivel caster into a fixed caster and prevent the container from drifting backward.
Quick attachment: Secure twist-lock system.

1. Calculation of the required load

To determine if this model is suitable, divide the total mass of your container (tare + cargo) by 3.

Example: For a total of 10 tons, the required unit load is 3,333 kg. This model of 3.6 tons is therefore perfectly suitable.

2. Recommended towing configuration

2 swivel casters at the front (tow cart side).
2 fixed casters at the back.

3. Installation

Lift your container by 500 mm to slide the caster underneath.
Fit the caster and easily secure it using the twist-lock system (just insert the caster and lock by pulling the handle).

Warnings and Safety (Important)

Ground condition: Requires a clean, well-swept surface and a sufficiently thick concrete slab. The large diameter facilitates rolling, but the hardness of the wheel does not allow for overcoming obstacles or potholes higher than 7 mm.

Outdoor temperature: Be cautious of outdoor coatings in the summer; the heavy load combined with the heat may leave marks on the ground.

Slopes: On sloped terrain, be sure to lock the wheels once in place and use wheel chocks.
