This kit of 4 corners (2 identical pairs) will allow you to create chassis for shipping container homes, tiny houses, military "shelters," mobile tank structures, and many other applications.

Each corner is marked with "BR" or "BL" indicating "Bottom Right" or "Bottom Left" for right or left inner corner.

This corner is cast in a mold to ISO 1161 standards. The steel is SCW480 designed to be assembled by welding.

Chemical composition:

  • Carbon: 0.15 to 0.20 %

  • Manganese: 0.96 to 1.17 %

  • Silicon: 0.16 to 0.44 %

  • Phosphorus and sulfur: ≤ 0.031 %

  • Equivalent carbon (Ceq): 0.36 to 0.40

The equivalent carbon rate below 0.40 indicates a low risk of cold cracking.

The allowable load is 34,000 kg on 4 corners using a total of 4 twist-lock fasteners.

This set of 4 corners is suitable for the bottom part of the container. You will then be able to easily assemble our castors using the locking mechanism in a few minutes.

The dimension is standard: 178 mm x 162 mm x 118 mm, which is the mandatory international standard. For more dimensions, please refer to the plans in the product photos.
