DIRECTIONAL BLOCKING FOR Castor 400 AND DOUBLE

This reinforced directional locking is the essential accessory for controlling the guidance of your heavy handling equipment. Specifically designed to fit our 400 mm diameter mounts as well as our castors double (STEC DOUBLE), it stabilizes the trajectory of loads that can reach several tons.

Fixed directly between the plate of the device and the mount of the castor, this device transforms your castor swivel into a castor fixed with a simple lever movement.

• Precise locking every 90°: Allows immobilization of the pivot in the direction of travel or laterally for millimeter positioning.

• Zero friction: The mechanism acts exclusively on the pivot crown. The rotation of the wheel (or both rollers for the double version) remains completely free, ensuring smooth rolling without any unwanted braking.

Adapted to the mechanical constraints of the STEC 400 and double series, this locking mechanism benefits from a high-strength steel design. It ensures a firm hold of the pivot, even during sudden direction changes or on surfaces that put considerable strain on the equipment.
