This model of caster is unique due to its completely unconventional design: 20 mm thick steel for the plate and 12 mm thick for the forks. The ball bearing is incredibly robust (6314ZZ), capable of supporting unit loads of 7 tons (presence of 2 bearings means 14 tons), with an outer diameter of 150 mm and an inner diameter of 70 mm. The wheels are double-wheeled to drastically divide the pivoting efforts during very heavy handling.

Do not use these wheels in the presence of obstacles exceeding 2.5% of the diameter of the wheel, which is more than 6.25 mm in height. This model is designed to roll year-round according to ISO 22883 standards.

The total permissible load is 22,500 kg on 4 casters.

A greaser is incorporated into the ball crown to maintain the ball path, especially outdoors where rain can enter.

The brake features a rubber pad that compresses against the wheel to lock it. The pressure force is adjustable with a bolt. The used hardware is oversized with a diameter of 30 mm and a shear strength of 15 tons.

It is possible to add an optional directional lock to stop the rotation of the wheel every 90 degrees. This allows the caster to function as a fixed model, enabling the pushing of very heavy loads without the assembly shifting sideways.
