This roller guide has a polyurethane coating that is highly resistant to abrasion during numerous opening and closing cycles.
Indeed, one of the main problems is the degradation of the side paint of the gate over the long term, which leads to the onset of corrosion.
We recommend using this reference for high-end gates with expensive powder coatings. The thickness of the polyurethane is 6 mm, which allows the guide roller to be used for several years. The bolts used are galvanized with a protection of 16 microns in thickness.
