This non-retail carton allows us to offer an economical version of our classic rails, which are usually sold in 3-meter lengths. This shorter format of 2 meters can easily be stored in a van and shipped with standard carriers. The box contains a total of 5 rails, equating to a length of 10 meters.

The steel thickness is 3 mm, which is very important compared to a standard rail sold on the market that is 2 mm. The advantage is that the rail will not crush even when a trailer passes over it during work, for example.

We have provided oblong holes of 6.5 x 11 mm to allow the rail to expand due to heat during the summer, preventing it from swelling and warping, which could damage the fixings. It can absorb a puncturing load of 500 kilograms per unit, which is very important. Hot galvanization also ensures greater durability over time with a much thicker layer of zinc than standard galvanizing. Indeed, the zinc is deposited by fully immersing the rail in a tank, whereas standard galvanizing is done through a simple electrolytic deposition.

So be careful not to compare this product with an electro-galvanized rail that does not meet our quality standard!

If you use a roller with a width greater than 30 mm on this rail, it is imperative to bevel the fixing holes of the rail and use countersunk screws. This simple precaution ensures a safe and effective operation of your system.
