Exceptional in its design, this tray has all the characteristics to withstand an extreme load over very long periods.
We used a steel with a non-slip pattern that we bent to reinforce it. This prevents the flower pots stored on it from sliding during movement.
We added wheels with ball bearings to minimize the effort required. Indeed, the presence of a bearing roughly halves the effort needed.
Of the 4 swivel wheels, 2 are braked to prevent your lemon trees, mandarin trees, and orange trees from moving in the wind.
The rubber of the wheels is synthetic to avoid rapid deterioration under UV light.
We applied a protective layer before epoxy painting to minimize the appearance of rust.
Upon request, we can create any dimensions of trays with wheels in the steels of your choice.
The size of the tray is 50 cm x 50 cm and its height is 13 cm. This corresponds to most pots on the market for large shrubs.
