We used a steel with a non-slip pattern that we bent to reinforce it. This prevents the flower pots stored on top from sliding during movement. The steel used is 3 mm thick, making the whole structure extremely robust.

We added casters with ball bearings to minimize the effort required. Indeed, the presence of a ball bearing roughly halves the effort needed.

Out of the 4 swivel casters, 2 are braked to prevent your lemon trees, mandarin trees, and orange trees from moving in the wind.

The casters make almost no noise while rolling and can roll on tiles without damaging them, even with a load of 300 kg.

We test all our handling products under a bailiff before they go to market, and we can attest to the given load, unlike most similar products you may find.

The paint minimizes the appearance of rust because it is a two-component paint to which a protective layer is added before its application.

The platform is initially designed to accommodate round pots with a maximum diameter of 45 cm.
