Choose industrial excellence with the Continental® 280/60-190 ring. Designed to withstand high mechanical and thermal stresses, this tread offers exceptional performance in terms of longevity and safety.

The interior of this ring integrates a steel band over its entire surface. This technology ensures optimal thermal dissipation during prolonged rolling and reinforces the structure against violent shocks. This steel framework also ensures a perfect fit between the rim and the frète. It allows for the custom design of driven wheels with a pin, adaptable to your internally manufactured rims.

Thanks to its completely smooth outer profile, the ring will maximize its contact surface with the ground to provide maximum grip. Its advanced composition gives it a wear resistance approximately 3 times greater than that of conventional rubber bandages on the market, thus reducing your maintenance costs and downtime.

Features and usage constraints

  • Adaptability: possibility of custom assembly for driven wheels with a pin.

  • Load capacity: note that the nominal load capacity is halved at a speed of 20 km/h.

  • Thermal limit: anticipate a reduction in load capacity when used at temperatures above +60 °C.
