Puncture-proof wheel made of polyurethane foam diameter 360 mm with a 20 mm diameter axle.
The axle is welded to the steel rim and the thickness of the tube used is 2 mm. It measures 256 mm in length and can be cut with a hacksaw to fit into the bearings of your wheelbarrow.
We used 2.5 mm thick steel for the spokes of the rim.
Perfectly suitable for uneven surfaces, smooth surfaces, as well as for the garden.
The flexibility of the wheel depends on the outside temperature; in summer it becomes more flexible and in winter it firms up.
This wheel fits the majority of wheelbarrows on the market.
Note, the foam that makes up this wheel may be sensitive to static loads over the long term. This is why it is important not to leave your wheelbarrow loaded for several weeks. This could create a flat spot on the wheel (which will return to its original position, but only after several weeks!).
