Tread of very high-quality vulcanized rubber from the brand CONTINENTAL®.

Allows for very quick installation using a mechanical press on a rim you already have or that you ask us to manufacture.

We can indeed create a 100% wheel from any material, whether it be aluminum, steel, stainless steel, or other metals. Upon request, we can provide you with antistatic or trace-free wheels in the same size. The interior of the wheel features a steel band across the entire surface to dissipate heat during rolling and reinforce the wheel in the event of a violent impact. This also allows for a very strong adhesion between the rim and the tire, making it possible to create custom (fully manufactured in-house) keyed drive wheels. The outer profile of the wheel is smooth to maximize contact with the ground and increase grip. Therefore, the grip is maximal on these wheels and the durability is approximately three times greater than that of other brands' rubber.

Note, the load is halved at 20 km/h. For wheel bodies with an outer diameter of h11. Load capacity reduced above +60°C.
