Truck lock with a robust design made of 5 mm thick sheet metal.

We have the right side model in stock and then the left side.

This product will help you immobilize a machine or a cart simply by pressing down with your foot on the large lever. A rubber pad with a hardness of 75 SHORES A will lower. This saves valuable time and eliminates the need to press each of the 4 brakes of each castors independently. The total height of the castor is 381 mm and 346 mm in the lowered position.

We do not provide a permissible load per pad because the purpose of this product is not to lift your machine or cart but simply to relieve it. The pad will exert sufficient pressure to immobilize the entire assembly. The plate can be welded or drilled on-site by the operator if needed.

To install the unit correctly on your machine, it needs to be in the raised position, and the plate should be positioned on the structure. You can outline the plate using a marker by tracing around it. You will then need to remove 5 mm from this height for the final position.

The idea is to lift only a maximum of 5 mm to compress the soft rubber, which will allow you to maintain the total height of the assembly.

The advantage of this model, compared to other pads on the market, is that it can be used laterally rather than underneath, which is impossible in some cases.
