Stabilizing pad with a robust design made of 5 mm thick sheet metal.

We have in stock the right side model and then the left side model.

This product will help you immobilize a machine or a cart simply by pressing down on the large lever with your foot. A rubber pad with a hardness of 75 SHORES A will descend. The advantage of this operation is that it secures the entire assembly very strongly because the pad cannot descend even during a sudden shock unless you press the release pedal. The total height of the caster is 381 mm and 346 mm in the lowered position.

We do not provide an admissible load per pad because the purpose of this product is not to lift your machine or cart but simply to relieve it. The pad will exert sufficient pressure force to immobilize the entire assembly. The mounting plate can be welded or drilled on-site upon request by the operator.

To properly install the unit on your machine, it must be in the raised position, and the mounting plate should be positioned on the structure. You can trace the mounting plate using a marker by going around it with the tip. You will then need to remove 5 mm from this height for the final position.

The idea is to lift only by a maximum of 5 mm to compress the soft rubber, which will help maintain the overall height of the assembly.

The advantage of this model, unlike other pads on the market, is that it can be used laterally rather than from underneath, which is impossible in some cases.
