This complete mount (support + roller) is the ideal solution to ensure a smooth and secure operation of your heavy gates or industrial doors sliding on a projecting rail.

The combination of a robust stainless steel mount (inox 304) and a roller made of nylon offers the perfect compromise between high mechanical resistance, excellent weather resistance (corrosion), and unmatched user comfort compared to traditional steel rollers.

Diameter of the roller: 80 mm
Material of the mount: Stainless Steel (Inox), ideal for long-term outdoor use.
Material of the roller: High-density nylon (a much quieter material than steel).
Type of groove: U groove, specially shaped to perfectly fit and align on 20mm round rails.
Type of fixation: Inverted "U" mount with a pre-drilled upper plate (2 holes), allowing for simple, direct, and quick attachment under the bottom frame of the gate.
