This hand truck of incredibly robust design is entirely conceived and manufactured in our workshop in Toulouse.
Here is the list of steel thicknesses used:
-6 mm thick for the fork and the curved trays.
-4 mm thick for the supports of the wheels
-30 mm diameter tube with a thickness of 2 mm.
It's much more than necessary, but we wanted to create a product with a major characteristic:

What makes this model unique is its design of the wheel support, which is made from a single piece of steel without welding.
The paint used is a polyurethane paint made in our workshop. It can be used outdoors, but it should be kept in mind that the friction from transported loads will inevitably slightly deteriorate the paint over the long term.
The handles are made of rubber for better grip. The rims of the wheels are made from recycled polypropylene to reduce the carbon footprint of the hand truck, and the contact bands with the ground are also made of recycled rubber (previously from car tires). We have integrated roller bearings in the hubs of the wheels to drastically reduce the effort needed to move heavy loads. These bearings do not require special maintenance apart from lubrication every 3 years. Stop rings are provided to quickly change the wheel model (all you need is a 5 mm Allen key).
The rounded shape of the tray allows for transporting water heaters, welding gas bottles, kegs of beer, etc.
The width of the hand truck is 64 cm at the axle of the wheels, allowing it to pass through all tight environments, including 73 cm doors. The total height is 133 cm.
The dimensions of the fork are 38 cm in width and 25 cm in depth (33 cm in depth at the bending point of the fork). This also allows for carrying fuel kegs with 2 ribs once strapped to the hand truck. (standard for kegs 15750-2 / EN 210)
