This rolling corner is entirely made in our workshops in Toulouse in the south of France.
It is made of aluminum with a non-slip pattern to prevent the cabinets from sliding during their movements. Each castor is made of polyurethane and easily supports static loads for extended periods. We have installed 4 castors on the support, unlike all those on the market that only have 3.
Indeed, the 4th castor helps to prevent deformation of the platform and reinforces the proper weight distribution overall. Each castor features a ball bearing to reduce the pushing effort required by the operator, which approximately halves the force needed compared to a standard rolling corner.
Everything is designed to withstand as long as possible, even outdoors. The aluminum has a shiny coating that adds extra long-term protection.
Once the cabinet is in place on the support, it will be raised by 62 mm, allowing you to pass through most doors on the market with a height of 203 cm while having cabinets that are a maximum height of 196 cm.
