This 1.5-meter rail is made of a galvanized and perforated profile with a thickness of 1 mm and 45 polypropylene rollers. Each roller has a diameter of 28 mm and can support a load of 40 kg in punching.
However, the total load is not 30 rollers x 40 kg, as the calculation is done differently.
This reference measures 1.5 meters in length and can bear a minimum of 44 kilograms if there is a gap between the two ends of the rail (meaning the rail rests only on the edges). However, if you have an intermediate support in the middle, the total load increases to 210 kilograms. Generally, at least 2 rails are required for handling, so the minimum admissible load is 88 kilograms.
The width of the rail is 35 mm and the height is 36 mm, including the roller.
On the underside of the rail, there is a hole every 16 mm along its entire length to facilitate installation.
Once fixed to a work surface, it will facilitate all your handling tasks. It allows you to store loads of different dimensions on the same surface or to create storage aisles for bins, for example, to implement the FIFO (first-in, first-out) principle in a business.
Note that to increase the load capacity, simply increase the number of rails.
These rails can be placed outdoors, as they are UV resistant.
