This kit includes 2 swivel wheels and 2 fixed wheels that can be installed very easily in less than 1 minute. No tools are needed apart from what we provide (bars, pins, etc.). No drilling is required, and the pallet will not be modified in any way.
For installation, it's easy: simply turn your EURO pallet upside down on the ground and position the galvanized steel U brackets on the wooden skids.
The skids of the pallet (the part in contact with the ground) generally measure 100 mm in width with a maximum thickness of 22 mm for EUROPE pallets.
It is important not to exceed these dimensions, as it may prevent the kit from being installed.
Once assembled, it will raise the initial height of the pallet by 159 mm, which remains low enough for your logistics operators to work comfortably. The plates used are 3 mm thick and are galvanized to ensure long-term rust resistance. Each wheel is secured to the pallet skid using 2 high-strength nylon pins.
The wheels are also made of nylon, ensuring resistance to crushing if a static load is left for very long periods. 2 fixed wheels are also included to allow for movement without the pallet shifting due to centrifugal force in turns.
This product can be used in many areas due to its ease of installation.
The permissible load on the product is 1000 kg (including the pallet), which allows for very broad use on smooth, flat surfaces.
