This wheel by its design makes the movement of technical machines easy. Indeed, it has been specially designed to allow you to quickly lock your support on rubber pads.

To do this, simply use the integrated ratchet to the right to lower the pad or to the left to raise it. To switch between the two modes, just change the direction of the screw by pulling or pushing a small button on the side of the ratchet.

It takes about 15 ratchet clicks to lower the pad from the highest position. It takes about 1 minute to raise or lower the 4 wheels of the support, which saves the operator valuable time.

To increase the lever arm if the load is around 250 kgs per unit, you can insert a 6 mm diameter screwdriver (or a metal rod) into the designated hole. The pad will raise your support by only 5 mm, which firmly locks the machine in place without excessively elevating the entire setup.

This is also a very robust model because the wheel is made of nylon.
