This devil has been entirely designed to last about 30 years under sustained use.
Everything is reinforced: the thicknesses of the tubes, the thicknesses of the sheets for the mudguards or for the apron.
The wheels are made of hard solid rubber, crush-resistant, with an integrated roller bearing.
The anti-corrosion treatment applied is hot-dip galvanizing in a bath of molten zinc. The layer deposited is therefore very significant and about 10 times thicker than conventional galvanizing.
The chassis being designed as a single piece, it is impossible for it to come apart even for continuous use like that of movers.
