Panel cart designed for transporting heavy and bulky loads, including panels, sheets, or other similar materials. It is sturdy and functional, with the following features:
- Structure and materials:
-
- The cart is made of 25 mm diameter steel tube with a thickness of 2 mm. The central tube has a thickness of 3 mm and a diameter of 32 mm.
- A blue paint with a thickness of approximately 100 microns provides protection against corrosion and scratches.
- Design:
-
- It is equipped with two wheels made of solid rubber with roller bearings for good grip and wear resistance. They can be easily replaced using the pin (55 mm hub length wheels are required).
- The base is a rectangular steel plate with a 19 cm wide non-slip rubber coating.
- You can easily insert 14 plasterboard sheets of thickness. However, make sure not to exceed a total load of 300 kg. Depending on the dimensions of the sheet and the characteristics of the materials, some plasterboard sheets weigh between 29 and 37 kilograms each.
- It is therefore important to calculate well before loading. OSB panels can also be moved easily.
- The red plastic handles are designed to keep the load in place and facilitate handling.
- A central vertical handle made of curved steel tube is symmetrically present to provide good balance along the length.
- The central tube is telescopic and lockable to hold all the sheets without them falling.
- Functionality:
-
- This type of cart is ideal for transporting wood panels, drywall sheets, glass, or other flat and bulky materials.
- The two wheels design allows for easy maneuverability even in tight spaces.
- The horizontal arms and handles provide a good grip and increased safety when transporting heavy loads.
- It is possible to move sheets measuring up to 2 meters in height and 3 meters in length by yourself.
- Usage:
- It is designed for professional use in workshops, warehouses, construction sites, or any other environment requiring the movement of bulky materials.
