Very robust design caster allowing use in a variety of environments.
The mounting plate of 100x150 mm has 4 M10 holes and the steel used is 6 mm.
This caster has a total stroke of 200 mm which is very useful for lifting industrial machines. You just need to turn the crank clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower. Each turn allows you to increase or decrease the stroke by about 4 mm.
The total height of the assembly is 820 mm in the highest position and 620 mm in the lowest position.
The crank has a rubber part to prevent the operator from needing to wear gloves if the caster is outside (heat or cold).
The wheel is made of polyurethane and supports static loads for many years. A double ball bearing inside helps to minimize friction and facilitates the rotation of the entire assembly.
The entire unit is fully hot-dip galvanized and the handle is zinc-coated so it can be left outdoors. The caster has two grease fittings to limit the effects of corrosion on the internal balls of the ball crown and also on the internal gear of the crank. We can also provide you with the 3D plan of the model upon request or design a model with a brake that can withstand unit loads of 1 ton, or 3 tons in total on 4 casters.
