This wheel for moving containers is the most robust available in the field. Each unit is designed to withstand a unit load of 8000 kgs, totaling 25,000 kgs (applying a safety factor) on surfaces such as parking lots.

The fastening system is very simple and especially focused on safety. All you need to do is take out the M27 threaded rod, 202 mm long, from the fastening cone of the wheel and then insert the wheel into the corner of the container. Once this operation is completed, you will need to screw in the threaded rod and lock it in place using a 40 mm flat wrench. This will prevent the system from coming out of its location.

You can tow your container with a forklift once the wheels are in place. We provide a towing hitch upon request to attach to the whole unit.

To prevent the container from moving chaotically while being pulled or pushed, a directional brake is provided on the wheels, which allows you to lock its pivoting every 90 degrees.

We have also integrated a foldable stabilizing wheel at the back to allow you to move the wheel by yourself due to its heavy weight. It is positioned on a spring to pivot even on uneven terrain. Therefore, it does not remain upright in the photos, which is normal.

A brake is integrated on the double wheels made of non-staining polyurethane. The brake is very efficient and locks the entire container. The diameter of the support disc in contact with the container once the wheel is installed is 210 mm. The steel used for the design of the plate is 14 mm, and for the forks, it is 12 mm.
