Swivel castor with puncture-proof tyre, diameter 260 mm, metal rim and ball-bearings.
Contrary to similar models with pneumatic tyres, this one offers extra strength and other advantages:
- the polyurethane foam filling is particularly dense being composed of approximately twice the amount of material as a classic puncture-proof tyre. During the plastic composite injections, the level of air is reduced to an absolute minimum to find the perfect compromise between flexibility and strength.
- the sheet metal rim is welded and galvanised to the hub on both sides of the wheel.
- the castor mounting is reinforced.
- moving very heaving loads is facilitated by the waterproof double ball-bearing crowns that reduce the effort required to push the trolley.
This castor is particularly recommended for fixing to trolleys for professional use.
The end result is a virtually indestructible product that will almost never wear out.
